Dear Ms. Stuart, 

I still want you to write Chief Justice John Roberts requesting a Restraining Order preventing Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff,  Peter Pace from ordering members of a remote, bizarre program from tracking me with satellite surveillance technology.  These are weapons of war. 

I remember you rhetorically saying to me “where’s the evidence.”  Well, I am the evidence this is occurring because I say it is so.  You cannot see radio, TV, microwave or cell phone invisible rays.  Well, I am being attacked by invisible rays, and the evidence is “I say it is so.” 

If you are not willing to petition the Supreme Court on my behalf could you please refund my retainer of $1,200 August 4, 2006. 

I would like to have the funds on hand to retain Michael E. Ginsberg, Arnold & Porter, Washington DC 202-942-5585.  He has an MS degree in satellite systems and focuses on National Security Law.
