Your Honor,
I have enclosed a copy of a letter I sent you five years ago. Also enclosed is a copy of my Supreme Court Brief #09-1401 (Petition Denied October 4, 2010.) After you ignored my letter and denied my case I took it to mean that you only consider plaintiffs who have attorneys: I sent out emails to 10,000+ attorneys in the Seattle and Washington, DC areas searching for an attorney to represent me.
I attached copies of my Supreme Court Brief #09-1401 and my 500+ page Torture Diary. I also included the internet website name of my site,
www.mindcontrolusa.com which includes video of my body being moved by the satellites. It now includes my latest essay "Cutting Edge New Insights." I gave all 10,000+ attorneys permission to forward my email to whomever they wish.My Intelligence Officer blocked my emails by allowing the recipients to read but not call me back; he mind controlled them. I am still looking for an attorney.
My Intelligence Officer communicates to me that he and his attorney have initiated a Class Action suit against the military. The intelligence officers have received their orders to cease working and have not voluntarily complied with them.
You have to go to the Information Technology (IT) department and block their individual access to their computers by changing their passwords. When my Intelligence Officer has his password changed he will no longer be able to communicate with me or torment me.
You may have to block the entire department and only reinstate those who have been requalified and not taken retirement.
I think the chain of command is this: Chief Justice John Roberts, President Barack Obama, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta and Director for Intelligence J2 Michael Rogers.
Obviously you will be looking for those who are sensible and level headed enough to reinvigorate the department to be something worthy of belonging to the United States of America.
