Almost everyone on the planet has a computer file assigned to them.  Consequential leaders definitely have files with lots of data.  The files follow them around and track each person continually.  The files are the person’s assigned fate and future.  Their best and worst habits are enhanced and amplified.  Their day to day lives are determined by the computer.  Their lives are pre-determined by the machine. 

“Rage against the machine” is no mere slogan, it is the truth. 

Our largest computer companies have the secret contracts to program the computers.  In fact the mind control functions mimic the common functions of popular computer programs. 

Anyone on the planet can have their file looked at by the computer operators and have their file tinkered with.  Entire groups of people can be selected for similar outcomes.  Their files are all selected at the same time and the input for similar thoughts and behavior programmed into them.  Groups of people can be programmed to work the agricultural fields, work at particular corporations or work at protests and riots.  The Arab spring and Occupy protests are good examples of mind control on a mass level working. 

Small groups of people can be engaged to commit acts of terrorism.  They are innocent mind control zombies, of course.  Those in the war theaters of Iraq and Afghanistan create Improvised Explosive Device (IED) bomb attacks on American troops and those maimed and seriously injured as initiation rites are recruited into the Satellite Surveillance mind control program to work as front-line computer operators.  There are some 3,000 of them and the Pentagon has funded to double the number of computer operators to 6,000. 

The design of this program is a relic of the 1940’s and WWII.  Frequently, in poverty stricken areas a child will be chosen from the many children a family produces to be physically maimed to a severe visual effect for begging in the street to induce sympathy and financial donations.  The severely maimed child is usually the financial mainstay of the family and the largest bread earner. 

The severely maimed and downright ugly soldiers do not want to be rejected by their families or be a burden on them and eagerly accept secret assignments to the satellite surveillance programs as intelligence officers without knowing fully what is expected of them.  The doctors collude by writing false death certificates.  They are mind control zombies too, of course. 

All too late they discover they are expected to torture, maim and kill innocent victims.  They are also expected to mind control worldwide leaders of state, including the United States.  The President, the Supreme Court and Congressmen are excellent targets.  They are capable of creating sexual arousal and orgasms in their targets and the resulting scandals ruin many careers, including those of priests.  They block out memories and create false memories.  Like the presidential candidates who forget things on stage and make fools of themselves. 

Remember each of these targets has their own individual file in the computer.  The files can be opened one at a time for more particular operations or left alone to operate automatically without interference.  Years can go by without a file being opened or a file can be open continuously and tinkered with to an extreme extent.  It is obvious why a head of state or a state department is more fun to work on than an agricultural worker.  Some files become ponderous and amass a large amount of data while others languish operating automatically for years, decades or never tinkered with.  The homeless people on the street are good examples of files being programmed to cause obsessive compulsive drug and alcohol abuse and the resulting homelessness.  Wind them up and let them go.  The computer machines operate automatically on seven billion people.  In spite of all bottom feeding; it is a race to the top. 

The computers are stored in high rises, basements and underground caverns.  The satellites are devices used to track people around the world.  Airplanes are good examples of terrorist attack event locations carried out in the sky and tracked by satellites.  It is a good bet that most of the terrorist events carried out in airplanes and mass transit trains and busses are instigated by intelligence officers looking to have a little fun. 

The conceptualization for the mind control programs began in the bowels of the WWII minds of mad scientists and Nazis.  The implementation culminated in Ronald Regan’s Star Wars and black box funding.  We have met the enemy and we are they.  Rage against the machine.  They got your number.
