General James Clapper, Director of National Intelligence Office of the Director of National Intelligence Washington, DC 20511 703-733-8600
I am a target. My Intelligence Officer wants a promotion. He has spent eight years targeting me. During that time he progressed from torture and attempted murder to having me file a case with the United States Supreme Court.
o A copy of the Supreme Court brief is enclosed. o An Injunction is enclosed. o Also enclosed is Justice Anthony Kennedy’s opinion refusing to declare an Injunction against the President of the United States and the DNI. o And, Acting Solicitor General , Neal Kumar Katyal’s waiver of the government’s right to file a response. o February 19, 2010 letter to every member of congress; copy of my Supreme Court Brief. o October 2, 2009 letter to congressional committees re: H.R. 984 State Secret Protection Act of 2009.
My Intelligence Officer is a changed man. He is trying to reform the department from within. He wants to elevate the functioning of Intelligence Officers from brute thugs to civilized gentlemen. To accomplish these reforms he needs a promotion.
I need to have the targeting of me and my family stop and to be provided with financial compensation. When the targeting of me stops I can get an attorney to negotiate with your organization, ODNI. I have contacted over 1,000 attorneys and they all have turned me down. My Intelligence Officer has prevented me from retaining an attorney. Please stop targeting me and my family.
Sincerely yours,
Laura Solway
