I am a target.  My Intelligence Officer wants a promotion.  He has spent eight years targeting me.  During that time he progressed from torture and attempted murder to having me file a case with the United States Supreme Court.  I have interviewed with nine internet radio stations:

 My Intelligence Officer is a changed man.  He is trying to reform the department from within.  He wants to elevate the functioning of Intelligence Officers from brute thugs to civilized gentlemen.  To accomplish these reforms he needs a promotion.  He wants to prevent the planned, pending nuclear war. 

 I need to have the targeting of me and my family stop and to be provided with financial compensation.  When the targeting of me stops I can get an attorney to negotiate with your organization, ODNI.  I have contacted over 1,000 attorneys and they all have turned me down.  My Intelligence Officer has prevented me from retaining an attorney.  Please stop targeting me and my family.
