Cell phones and car radios are key targeting tools. The small and large planes that canvass the skies over our cities are one link in the tracking procedure. But, all that is necessary is a satellite. Ultimately, the only purpose of these satellite surveillance systems is tortuous destruction and agonizing death. They are machines of war. Furthermore, people in my vicinity who do not believe this is happening, still are targets of satellite surveillance systems because they are in contact with me, labeled an associate of terrorists or enemy combatant. So, my husband and son have their sleep patterns disrupted and are compelled to engage in speech and behavior directed by the torturer. Thoughts and words can be implanted in the targets heads. A room full of people can engage in conversation and activity they would not normally do. Like a computerized word processor, thoughts can be repeated over and over with the copy button, or deleted with the delete button or inserted with the insert button. Just enough to certifiably drive one crazy. A life time of memories can be erased. Or memories can be created. This is where the military applications come into play. Like mind reading and voice implantation done on world leaders. That is the obvious. The less obvious is the implication of having your every thought read for five years by an invisible stranger, not to mention the dreary chore of the specialist/controller having to listen to a target's monologue. In short, we occupy the same space and get on each other's nerves. That fails to mention the torture. Every bit of data collected can be turned against the target with the right type of zap. The cycle of torture can appear to stop, when all that has happened is the dials were turned down and one notices nothing unusual. At the turn of a dial the very fabric and essence of my being can be shredded and destroyed. When this first started there were things I did not want to do. Failing to comply with my torturers wishes resulted in me crying in pain while my body writhed in agony on the bed. This only happened twice. I quickly learned my lesson and obey my torturers every command. That is if I guess it quick enough. It is a game of charades, with me guessing and my head going up and down or sideways until I get it. Like an arguing couple we literally work at cross purposes with each other. These are always unhealthy relationships. Additionally, for security purposes, my torturer is supposed to lie to me and disallow me to ascertain the full scope and depth of the program he is in.
I spent six or more months thinking he worked aboveground at Area 51 with virtual reality gear working outside in the open air free to leave base. Only by looking at a chart of the electromagnetic spectrum and realizing that in high school I learned deep space particles fly through the entire planet in an instant, that I concluded he is imprisoned in underground facilities. Later I arrived at the conclusion he is at a large computer console in a room with others tracking and torturing their targets. Three versions of where the torturer is located.
All people on the planet are viewed by satellite and counted and tracked electronically by computer. Innocent people in poor or chaotic areas make good targets; they understand little and have no means of complaint. False automobile accidents can be created from surveillance satellite data. The 'enemy' is being programmed using language translators to cause 'suicide' attacks on their hapless target. They essentially have no free will and are innocent 'Manchurian Candidates.' Many domestic crimes are nothing more than deliberate experiments on the general population. Mind Control can be so expertly done that the individuals are never aware they are being controlled and manipulated or even aware that they are being abused. Even dreams are altered and entire 'visions' implanted in one's psyche. Torture, murder through compelling suicide and death by murder or accident at any time can be created with satellite surveillance systems.

The most probable cause of the 'fiasco' 'quagmire' in Iraq is mind control experiments of the most deliberate type. Every individual on each side of the conflict is being controlled. The controllers simply speak as the inner-voice of the target using language translators. A group of controllers can manipulate through language translators the behavior of a group of so-called criminals. They were innocent before being controlled into bad behavior. Then these innocent targets are arrested and prosecuted. Innocent people are set up and framed using controlling torture technicians or specialists.
Satellite surveillance systems are invaluable in their war application against submarines, ships, aircraft and tanks; where ever people are. Using language translators and a group of specialists targeting obviously is behind most worldwide suicide bombers and bomb planting. If you believe 9/11 was an inside job, then you understand how this could be the future planned by the current administration for the United States. The Uniform Code of Military Justice is to be radically modified and eventually replaced with a more sinister document. Military tribunals are only the first step in the process. Currently, Courts Martial's can be used against the Generals who order mind control zombies to place bombs where they are certain U.S. Troops will be attacked.
In the race to rule the world the massive computer banks and their operators are Luciferian god-like creatures. Small groups of specialists can control tens of thousands of individuals by computer. Various levels of control and tracking can be assigned to certain targets. It is as simple as manipulating databases of files sorted by group or singled out individually.
The sad part is the mind control operators could be subject to mind control techniques themselves. The situation is likely the scenario of a mind control victim being in turn controlled by another machine-mind controlled specialist. As with all organizations, the torturers need new recruits. No one in their right mind would willingly submit to a secret program that torments, tortures and kills it's targets. The only way to recruit is through deception.
The controllers hold information about the misuse of the satellite surveillance program for personal vendettas of those up the hierarchy. The secrets include the misuses and abuse of the technology to cause miscarriages and abortions of rival heirs, stop the career track of rivals to power, destroy by 'mental illness' the children of rivals, cause family strife and tensions, seek secrets where one should not be prying, such as peer into the minds of academics with industrial and scientific secrets, the list goes on. Including, in Baghdad, Iraq, fragging subordinate personnel by having mind control zombies plant bombs where they know U.S. Troops will be. Personal use of a secret government program to carry out vendettas requires the people who carry out the orders be sequestered so they cannot blab to anyone, ever. Personal agenda needs to be kept private, even at the expense of imprisoning the holders of the secrets. Ironically, many of these same secrets about satellites and mind control are readily available on the internet.
