SPECIAL NOTE TO CHIEF JUSTICE JOHN ROBERTS

Your Honor,  I have been communicating via satellite with my Intelligence Officer and he informs me that each individual Intelligence Officer in the Satellite Surveillance Mind Control Department (about 3,000 of them) is proposing a settlement figure for their Secret Class Action lawsuit against the military of $300,000,000 or Three Hundred Million dollars.  Altogether about one trillion dollars.  You know that is a bargain.  Remember, if they were to go to a jury for settlement, the figure would likely be one billion dollars, or more, for each of them. 

I am requesting $100,000,000 only, because I have not suffered as much or as long as they have.  Once I get an attorney he will sue in the court of public opinion and I will definitely have a jury trial.  Then I will expect more than I am asking for now. 

But your pet project is about more than settlement money.  The Intelligence Officers want to dismantle and regulate the department.  They know you do not want that, but they work on the front lines and know far better than you the scope of the evils they perpetuate in the name of doing a good job.  You choose to be ignorant and uniformed about the nuts and bolts of how the department runs. 

The Intelligence Officers who have brought this Secret Class Action lawsuit against the military are the "good guys" and you should pay attention to every one of their demands.  Surely your career in the law has helped you understand the need for rules and regulations in all aspects of life.  The workers in the Satellite Surveillance Mind Control Department want rules and regulations not the free-for-all violence and mayhem that exists now. 

By the way, did you think you and your family were exempt from  having mind control computer files?
